So I remove this driver and reverted to the one from the Gigabyte site and now in Task Manager > Startup I'm only seeing Realtek HD Audio Universal Service. After the system rebooted I was seeing the Audio Manager in Task Manager > Sartup, however I was not able to launch it - with admin rights and compatibility. I disconnected the PC from the Internet and removed the driver from Device Manager, restarted the PC and installed the ALC codec.
